The RumbleRoller Beastie Has Arrived
The RumbleRoller Beastie Series of products expand the RumbleRoller experience to provide more intense, versatile, portable, and affordable massage options. The Beastie is an aggressive massage ball that is the heart of this series.
Beasties Series products don’t replace the RumbleRoller, but they are more specific in purpose. Use them to dig deeper into troublesome areas or to work with greater detail on smaller muscles such as those of the forearms and calves.
The RumbleRoller Beastie was created to overcome the many limitations of conventional massage balls and we wanted you to have not just a great massage ball, but the best possible massage ball so considerable time, attention, and resources were invested in its development.
Original or X-Firm?
The RumbleRoller Beastie is available in two versions, Original, which is clear with firm but flexible bumps and X-Firm which is green and extremely firm.
The best Beastie for you depends on both your tolerance to pain and how you intend to use your product. For example, if you intend to use the Beastie on the floor and put your full weight on it, we recommend the Original version. If you are going to use your Beastie against a wall, you will be applying much lower forces to it so will probably respond better to the X-Firm. If you plan to work your entire body and experiment with different techniques, you may want to own both versions.
Additional Accessories
The RumbleRoller Beastie is designed to work with a number of accessories such as the Detachable Base, Beastie Bar, Beastie Hook and Wall Systems which are separately available. Please see this separate post covering the RumbleRoller Beastie Accessories.
Each RumbleRoller Beastie comes with a Users Guide which provides you with a limited introduction to self-massage. For more advanced and detailed instruction we recommend the DVD titled Jeff Alexander’s SMR Tips for RumbleRoller and RR Beastie, which can be purchased individually.
