News, New Stock and What’s in Store!
March was undeniably a hectic month for us in the Brisbane offices, with the completion of our new website format with a new pricing structure and new payment options, a visit from Craig – our Managing Director from the UK offices, and making finishing touches to our plans for the up and coming visit to the Australian Health and Fitness Expo from 19-21 April on stand G28.
We’d like to take this moment to thank all of our customers firstly for re-registering their details with us, but also for their patience while we go through this brief period of change. There have been a few hiccups surrounding the ordering process, logging in, pricing issues and general system glitches. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused while we learn to navigate our new system.
If you are experiencing difficulty logging in, we ask that you check the following prior to contacting us:
1) Have you re registered your details after 21st March? If NO, then please re register. If YES, go to question 2.
2) Have you ensured that you are logging in on the correct page? EG, are you a professional? Are you logging in under the professional page? If NO, please select the correct page. If YES, then please give us a call on 07 3889 9199 and we’ll do our best to assist you.
As we gradually move past these problems we are proud to announce that we’ve received our shipment of our brand new consumable products which predominantly features a variety of gloves, disposable aprons, couch rolls and facial tissues.
The product we have been waiting on the most though, is the EXABAND! An odourless powder and latex free alternative to the well-known Theraband brand, tested beyond 20,000 repetitions to ensure superior quality. We’ve tested Exabands ourselves in house and can testify that this brand is equal, if not better making it suitable for customers with latex allergies! We only have limited stock so it will be first in best dressed for this brand new product exclusive to the Australian market!
We’re heading down to the Australian Fitness and Health Expo on stand G28 later this month and we have a super special offer in store for all our visitors so make sure that you pop the date in your diary and come and see us to ensure that you won’t miss out! We’ll update you closer to the time with who you can expect to see on the stand too, so if you have any queries surrounding anything at all – you know who to direct them to.
