Brisbane Fitness and Health Expo 6 – 7 September 2014
Physio Supplies Australia are excited to be attending the Brisbane Fitness and Health Expo again this year on 6th and 7th September with our brands 66fit and RumbleRoller! Pop that date in your diary and we shall see you at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre bright and early on the Saturday.
The great news, is that in addition to hosting the annual QFit Conference, the size of the Brisbane Fitness and Health Expo and the number of stands has DOUBLED compared to last year so we’re looking forward to seeing heaps more stalls and plenty more Brisbaneites looking for new ways to get fit and healthy and improve their lifestyle!
Celebrities attending include former Biggest Loser trainer Tiffiny Hall, who will be attending both days, and also Commando Steve who will be there on the Saturday. Other highlights for this year include the new Cardio Corner where teams from Brisbane gyms, PT’s and general fitness fans will sweat it out against the clock (and each other) in a triathlon type challenge.
This year also features tiered stadium seating around the very popular Again Faster Arena where you can watch Crossfit, Powerlifting, Strongman and Olympic Weightlifting.
LASTLY! You’re able to come and see us perform product demonstrations in the new Active Zone between 2.15 and 2.45 pm on both days. Here you can to check out some of our exercise products and the different techniques for self massage and trigger point release, based on Jeff Alexanders SMR Tips DVD using the RumbleRoller Beastie range in addition to 66fit products like our 66fit Trigger Point Roller Kit, Acupressure Balls, Ab Rollers, Pilates rings, weighted bars and more! We look forward to showing you how to make the most out of our gear.
Other activities in the Active Zone include Taekwondo, Mixed Martial Arts, Bootcamps and Group Fitness Demos.
